1) It starts with a conversation  

Tell us what you have in mind—no technical drawing needed. Share a photo, a sketch, or just describe the idea. Together we’ll define the style, proportions, metal, stones, dimensions, how you’ll wear it, and the budget. 2) We choose materials and stones together  

We’ll determine the right gold alloy, color, and finish. If your design includes diamonds or gemstones, we’ll help you select the ideal cut, size, quality, and shape within your budget. 3) We turn your idea into a 3D design  

Our designer builds a precise 3D model that captures both the look and the technical requirements for production. One of the biggest advantages of FIRESC Custom Design: you can preview your jewelry before it exists. We’ll review proportions, profiles, stone placement, and fine details. We may keep some dimensions slightly thicker at this stage for casting and molding—your finished piece will be more refined and delicate.

4) You approve the design  

Before we craft anything, we present the design for your confirmation. This is where we align on every detail and make any final adjustments. Only after your approval do we move into manufacturing—so the process stays predictable and you feel confident at every step.

5) Crafting at the FIRESC factory  

Your digital design becomes a real piece through a series of steps: component making, casting or milling, adjusting, assembly, stone setting, and finishing. FIRESC jewelry is designed and crafted in our own workshops under the designer's supervision. Each piece is inspected and hallmarked by Romania's National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) with the Romanian state hallmark, and it carries the manufacturer's responsibility mark, CT04.

The certificate of conformity lists the jewelry's materials and characteristics. Diamonds accompanied by international GIA, IGI, or HRD certificates have the certificate number laser-inscribed on the girdle.

In other words, you don't have to rely only on what you're told. You can easily verify what you're buying in the showroom, using a microscope available to every client.

This level of transparency addresses one of the customer's biggest concerns: that the diamond may not be genuine, or that the jewelry received may not match the value paid.

FIRESC offers complimentary after-sales services, including annual professional cleaning, polishing, setting inspection, and annual rhodium plating for white gold. Resizing and repair services are also available, subject to the terms that apply to each type of purchase.

Eligible products purchased online may also be returned within 15 days. Personalized jewelry, specially ordered diamonds, and other categories defined in the return policy are subject to separate conditions, which we recommend reviewing before you place your order.
