Each FIRESC jewelry is tested/marked by ANPC with the state trademark and bears the manufacturer's responsibility mark - CT04, as well as the title mark for gold (750) or for platinum (950).
Gemstones larger than 0.10ct are usually accompanied by a Gemological Certificate issued by an International Laboratory (there are instances in which some diamonds are not gemological certified and for these we shall mention the characteristics provided by the supplier into the Invoice or into the Certificate of Conformity).
At the time of purchase either fiscal invoice or fiscal till receipt and certificate of conformity are issued, in hard or digital format, as appropriate.
The entries stated into these documents, correlated with the Analysis and Marking Bulletin issued by ANPC, stand as warranty for the conformity of the materials and gemstones used in the manufacture of jewelry.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT REFER TO DEFECIENCIES THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO FAULTY WEAR, ACCIDENTS OR FAILURE TO PRESENT TO THE FREE ANNUAL SERVICE.
Post-purchase services are granted only upon presentation of a document issued at the time of purchase. Any intervention made on the jewelry in another workshop, cancels the right to benefit from the post-purchase services offered by our company.
Free post-purchase services
- Professional cleaning and polishing. Attention! Depending on jewelry’s degree of wear, there is a possibility that certain scratches can not be removed by polishing.
- Rhodium electroplating of white gold jewelry. Depending on the pH of the skin, this operation may or may not be necessary. This operation is free only once per year.
- Professional inspection of the setting. Any problems found will be communicated to you, after which you will decide if you want the jewelry to be remade for a fee.
- For online orders, size change of ring or wedding rings in the first 15 calendar days from the time of purchase (for online sales, the date of shipment's receipt is to be considered). If a multisizer/adjustable ring was sent to the customer and the size was determined using same, or if the order was placed in one of our stores and the size was measured in person and with the customer's agreement, the size adjustment is NO longer free.
OPTIONAL services for a fee
- The value of services for a fee is of 400 lei/gram of jewelry sent for intervention (i.e. for a 3.5gr ring, the service value is 3.5x400=1400 lei VAT included).
The optional services for a fee are:
- Size change for the purchased jewelry, after expiry of the 15-day free period from the moment of purchase. The final cost of this operation requires obtaining your written agreement.
- Remake of deformed jewelry, whether it is deformation of the shank/band or of the stone setting.
- Remake of jewelry with deep scratches (which can not be removed by polishing).
- Replacement of missing precious stones (or pearls, as the case may be). Depending on the size of the stone(s), you will be notified of the replacement cost in order to have your written agreement.
Claiming of services
To benefit from the post-purchase Services mentioned above, you may leave the jewelry accompanied by the requested documents at one of FIRESC stores.
If there is no FIRESC store in your city, you can send the jewelry and the necessary documents to us (bearing the cost of shipping and insurance yourself), by following the steps below:
- Call our FIRESC consultants at +4 0784 888 222 or send your request by email to [email protected] and we will provide you with a Return Code (CRM). Thereafter, we will send the courier agreed by us to collect the parcel from your address.
Attention! We will only grant CRMs based on the data from the documents issued at the time of purchase. - Please ensure that the parcel is properly sealed as we will not be responsible for its loss or damage during transportation. The transportation and insurance costs of the parcel are entirely at the customer's expense.
- After the product is received at our premises, it will be checked by our Quality Control department. We are not responsible for any damages occurred prior parcel’s arrival at our premises.
- Once your return parcel has been received in good condition, the product will be checked, cleaned and returned within a maximum of 14 business days.
ATENTION
Owners of FIRESC jewelry who no longer have (in hard or digital format) the documents issued at the time of sale, DO NOT BENEFIT FROM POST-PURCHASE SERVICES (be it the free services or the optional paid ones).
In the event that the customer has not paid the value of the post-purchase services performed, he/she will permanently lose the right to benefit from this facility in the future, irrespective of whether it is free or chargeable services.
Post-purchase services involve a technological loss of up to 8.5% of the initial weight of the jewelry.
If the customer has not paid for the post-purchased services performed, he will permanently lose the right to benefit from this facility in the future, whether itt is free or paid services.
The maximum duration for the procedures involving post -purchase services is of 14 business days.
