1) It starts with a conversation
Tell us what you have in mind—no technical drawing needed. Share a photo, a sketch, or just describe the idea. 2) We choose materials and stones together
We’ll determine the right gold alloy, color, and finish. If your design includes diamonds or gemstones, we’ll help you select the ideal cut, size, quality, and shape within your budget. 3) We turn your idea into a 3D design
Our designer builds a precise 3D model that captures both the look and the technical requirements for production. One of the biggest advantages of FIRESC Custom Design: you can preview your jewelry before it exists. We’ll review proportions, profiles, stone placement, and fine details. We may keep some dimensions slightly thicker at this stage for casting and molding—your finished piece will be more refined and delicate.
4) You approve the design
Before we craft anything, we present the design for your confirmation. This is where we align on every detail and make any final adjustments. Only after your approval do we move into manufacturing—so the process stays predictable and you feel confident at every step.
5) Crafting at the FIRESC factory
Your digital design becomes a real piece through a series of steps: component making, casting or milling, adjusting, assembly, stone setting, and finishing.
