"We work only in pure 18kt gold, never from jewellery that has been melted down. Our gold is pure and the composition of the alloys is strictly controlled, in accordance with the international regulations in force. In addition, the diamonds set in our jewellery carry international gemological certification. We have never made compromises and we don't do so. On the other hand, we don't make the cheapest jewellery on the market, nor was that ever our aim. Customers must feel the value of a piece of jewellery simply by looking at it. This is where the FIRESQ alchemy comes in. That's why our jewellery stays in the family," says Marian Constantinescu. But beyond the feelings a piece of jewellery stirs, whether it's a diamond ring or a pair of gold wedding rings that marks a couple's passage into a new stage, one shouldn't overlook the free after-sales services that all customers take into account when making a purchase of this kind: professional cleaning and polishing of the jewellery, the application of a layer of rhodium by electrolysis, professional inspection of the setting or resizing of the ring, within the first 30 calendar days of purchase. "Complex after-sales work carries a charge (remaking a ring, for example, costs roughly 200 lei), but it's essential for a customer to have the assurance that they can come to us even years after the purchase.
