Warranty and Compliance

FIRESC jewelery is crafted from precious metals and undergoes the legally required testing and hallmarking procedures in accordance with applicable Romanian legislation.

The precious metal and its fineness are certified through testing and hallmarking carried out in accordance with the regulations of the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).

For each piece of jewellery, FIRESC guarantees that the declared material characteristics correspond to the relevant quality documents and, where applicable, the product's testing and hallmarking documents.

Each piece of FIRESC jewelery is tested and hallmarked by the ANPC with the Romanian state hallmark. It also bears the manufacturer's responsibility mark — CT04 — and the fineness mark for gold (585 or 750) or platinum (950).

FIRESC products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021, for the two-year period and under the conditions established by law.

The legal guarantee of conformity covers lack of conformity as defined by law. It should not be confused with damage resulting from use, normal wear and tear, accidents or improper handling.

Damage caused by impact, deformation, breakage, scratching, contact with chemicals, work carried out by third parties, improper use or normal wear and tear does not, in itself, constitute a lack of conformity.

To assess a potential lack of conformity, the product may be sent to FIRESC for technical examination.
