Returns Policy

In accordance with the national legislation in force regarding the legal framework of distance contracts (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014), Customers have the right to cancel their order by providing written notice to the trading company, without incurring penalties and without invoking any reason, within 15 days of receiving the product or, in case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

Please read the following return policy in full and with particular attention before deciding to buy. This is our return policy and, if you do not agree, you should find other potential options to make a purchase.

The returned product must be new, unused, unworn and undamaged in any way and must be accompanied by absolutely all documents issued at the time of purchase, in original. Any promotional item or gift packaging provided with the purchased products, must also be returned under the same conditions as described above. 

Please note that a jewelry altered in any way by any jeweler other than FIRESC employees, will loose all warranties and the return policy will no longer apply in such case.

If your ordered product proves to not be matching the specifications presented in our website offer, you may request a return of this product and a full refund within 15 days from delivery (postmark date).

Special Orders

All special orders are non-refundable, as per GEO no. 34/2014 art.16.c.

Diamonds

Each diamond ordered from our website is unique and comes accompanied by an international certificate of quality issued by an established, globally recognized gemological laboratory. Diamonds are sourced directly from the diamond exchange upon on a firm order placed by the customer and full upfront payment.

According to GEO 34/2014 art.16.b, this return policy does not apply to diamonds purchased from the diamond exchange upon a customer's firm order, which meet the specifications presented on the website and outlined in your order details.

Wedding Rings

Special orders are defined as products requested by the customer and created according to their unique specifications; this category includes, without limitation, wedding rings created in the specific sizes ordered by the customer, whether engraved or unengraved.

Engagement Rings

Products created via our online configurator are considered special orders, and the 15-day return window applies exclusively to the ring setting, as per GEO 34/2014 on thelegal framework of distance contracts.

Should you wish to change your initial choise of setting with a different one (different ring), you may do so within the first 15 days of purchase. You will only pay the price difference between the two settings, or a customized fee calculated based on the returned model if the newly selected setting is less expensive than the original.

Other Jewelry

Jewelry featuring diamonds and other precious gemstones may be returned within 15 business days under the conditions stated above, should there be any dissatisfaction regarding their execution or discrepancies with the online offer.

Jewelry purchased online comes with an attached holographic security tag.
If the holographic tag is damaged or has been removed from the jewelry, THE RETURN WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED.

Return procedure in 5 steps:

1. Call the FIRESC consultant at +40784888222 tand request a product return identification code (CRM). You can also send a written request to [email protected]. As soon as you have received this CRM, please note the recipient as follows:

2. The properly packed parcel will be picked up for return by the representative of the courier company sent by us to the address you indicated. We dispatch the courier for your convenience, since the return shipmens myst carry declared value and full insurance, options that are typically unavailable to individual customers at competitive rates.  Shipping and insurance costs will be fully covered by you. The product will be returned in the same packaging in which it was received. Please ensure proper sealing of the parcel, as we will not be responsible for its loss or damage during transportation. Please understand that this is the only return method that we accept. The 15 days period is a fair amount of time for the buyer to appreciate our products.  Should you wish to return any product that is new and unworn, please begin the return process as soon as possible. We kindly reiterare that we only accept return packages handled by the exact same express courier service that handled your original delivery.

3. Upon receipt of the product at our premises, same will be verified by our Quality Control department. Please take good note that any product showing signs of being worn, has the customer's name engraved on it, or is damaged in any way, can not be returned under any circumstances. We can not be held responsible for any product before its arrival at our premises. Please pay attention the the non-refundable orders.

4. Once your return is received in good conditions, the money will be transferred to your bank account within 2 business days.
