Returns Policy

Order cancellations can be requested by the customer, without penalty and without having to offer any reason, by written notification within 15 days from receiving the product(s) or, in case of services, within 15 days from the date the contract was signed.

Please read the following return policy in full and with particular attention before deciding to buy. This is our return policy and, if you do not agree, you should find other potential options to make a purchase.

To qualify for a return, the product(s) must be new, unused, unworn or undamaged in any way and must be accompanied by absolutely all documents issued at the time of sale, in original. Any promotional item(s) or wrapping(s) offered as a gift together with the purchased products, must also be returned under the same conditions described above. We do not accept any return without the CRM (return code of goods) given by the manufacturer after the official written return request was received from the client. The procedure for obtaining a CRM is described below.

Please note that a jewelry altered in any way by any jeweler other than Smirneos & Co employees, loses all warranties and the return policy is void.

If the product ordered by you turns out not to be in accordance with the specifications presented in our website offer, you can request the return of this product and refund of your money within 15 days from the date of parcel’s receipt (post date).

Special Orders

All special orders are non-refundable, in accordance with the local legislation in force.

Diamonds

Each diamond purchased on our website is unique and comes with a quality certificate issued by an internationally recognized Gemology laboratory. The diamonds are acquired from the diamond stock market based on a customer's firm order and full payment in advance.

According to the local legislation, the present return policy is not valid for the diamonds purchased from the diamond stock market upon customer’s firm order and which correspond to the specifications as presented on the website and included in your order.

Wedding Rings

Special orders are products requested by the customer and created according to customer's specifications, this category also including the wedding rings created on the specific sizes ordered by the customer, even those non-engraved.

Engagement Rings

The products created by way of our website, through the ring configuration options, are considered to be special orders and the 15-day return period only applied to the ring setting, according to the local legislation in force for the legal regime of distance contract.

Other Jewelry

Jewelry with diamonds and other gemstones can be returned within 15 business days under the above conditions if there are dissatisfactions regarding their execution or inconsistencies with the offer on the website.

Jewelry bought online has a hologram safety tag attached. If subject tag is damaged or has been torn off the jewelry, THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Return procedure in 5 steps:

1. Call the Smirneos & Co consultant at +4 0784 888 222 or +4 0784 888 222 tand ask for a product return identification code (CRM). You can also send a written request to [email protected]. As soon as you have received this CRM, please note the recipient as follows:

2. The parcel, correctly packed, will be picked up for return by the representative of the courier company sent by us to the address indicated by you. Transportation and insurance costs for the shipment will be fully covered by you. The product will be returned in the same packaging in which it was received. Please ensure proper sealing of the parcel, as we will not be responsible for its loss or damage during transportation. Please understand that this is the only return method that we accept. The 15 days period is a fair amount of time to appreciate our products. Should you wish to return any product that is new and unworn, please start the return process as soon as possible. We once again specify that we will not accept any packages other than those brought by the same courier with which you received the parcel.

3. After the product is received at our premises, it will be verified by our Quality Control department. Please remember that any product showing signs of being worn, has the client's name engraved, or is damaged in any way, can not be returned under any circumstances. We are not responsible for any product before its arrival at our premises. Please pay attention to the orders that are non-refundable.

4. Once your return is received in good conditions, the money will be transferred to your account as soon as possible.

5. Any customer who returns a product in accordance with the return policy, will no longer be entitled to purchase the same product in the following calendar year.
