Delivery, Insurance and Order Duration

We guarantee delivery right to your doorstep. The special box that holds the piece of jewellery, along with the sale documents, is placed inside the shipping box, sealed and thereafter picked up by the courier company which will deliver it to the address you specify.

Products purchased from FIRESC are shipped and insured to your address via courier,  free of charge for local transportation. Within Romania, FIRESC products are delivered free of charge by either Fan Curier or Cargus. For deliveries outside Romania, we use DHL and the shipping cost for international delivery will be displayed before the order is placed.

The processing time for an order is a maximum of 10 business days from the time of full advance payment for the ordered diamond, or payment of half amount in the case of wedding rings and the other jewelry categories.
