Delivery, Insurance and Order Duration

We provide worldwide transportation. The special box that holds the piece of jewellery, together with the sale documents, is placed in the shipping box, it gets sealed and is thereafter taken over by the courier company which will bring it to your doorstep.

Shipping and insurance of the products purchased from Smirneos & Co up to to your home are done by courier and are free of charge for local transportation. For deliveries to addresses in Romania, our products are delivered by either Fan Curier or Cargus. Deliveries to addresses outside Romania are handled through DHL and the shipping costs will be displayed before you place your order.

The delivery of an order can take up to 14 business days, counting from the moment we receive the advance payment. The advance payment consists of the full value of the purchased diamond, or half the value of the product in case of wedding bands and the other jewelry categories.
